Wriink's Content License Agreement for Gcam Config App
By sharing, posting, or uploading content on the Gcam Config app, you agree to grant Wriink a license to use your content under the following terms:
- License Grant: You grant Wriink a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute your content.
- Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that you retain ownership of the content you share on the App. However, by sharing your content, you grant Wriink the license specified in section 1.
- Control and Privacy: You have the ability to control the sharing of your content through privacy settings available in the App. Wriink respects your privacy choices and will abide by the settings you choose.
- Compliance with Laws and Policies: You agree not to share content that is illegal, violates copyright laws, or goes against the Google Play privacy policy. Wriink reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
- Copyright Notices: If you wish to assert copyright over your content, you may include a copyright symbol (such as "©") followed by the year of creation and your name.
- Use of Copyrighted Material: If your content includes copyrighted material (e.g., music), you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from the copyright owner(s) before sharing it on the App. This includes obtaining licenses for usage under any specific conditions set by the copyright owner.|
- Commercial Use Restriction: Users are permitted to download and use the Gcam Config App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use, including but not limited to selling, licensing, or otherwise exploiting the app or its content for financial gain, is strictly prohibited. Wriink reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any user found to be in violation of this commercial use restriction. Additionally, users are responsible for ensuring that any downloaded content from the app is not used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Wriink.
By using the Gcam Config App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Content License Agreement. If you believe that someone is using your copyrighted work without your permission, you can report it by filling in this form. Wriink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review and stay informed of any changes to this agreement.
